Have you computer with a console cable connected and established to the switch.
Unplug the power from the switch
Hold the MODE button down
Power the switch (with button held down)
You'll see something like below show up.
Release the MODE button
Should be prompted with "switch:"
Enter the following commands
flash_init
delete flash:config.text
delete flash:vlan.dat
bootEXAMPLE
